Defect
E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2024 Cyclone N and Typhoon N vehicles equipped with an independent front suspension assembly. The lower control arm retention bolts could become brittle and break after being tightened.
Risk / consequence
A broken bolt head can become a projectile, increasing the risk of an injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 6, 2024. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.

June 24, 2024 – E-ONE determined the population of the affected units based on the serial numbers provided by Reyco.
- Jun 24, 2024
June 24, 2024 – E-ONE escalated the issue to REV Group Management.
- Jun 27, 2024
June 27, 2024 – E-ONE repaired two trucks at a Dealer and one truck in E-ONE Production.
- Jun 28, 2024
June 28, 2024 – REV’s senior leadership approved a voluntary recall for this issue.
