Fresh Water Tank Incorrectly Installed

Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2023 Paradigm 295MK and Avenue 23RLS fifth wheels. The freshwater tank may be installed incorrectly, which can result in the tank detaching from the vehicle.

Risk / consequence

A freshwater tank that detaches from a vehicle can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and remount the freshwater tank, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 16 2025. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.

Chronology of events

1. Mar 25, 2025

   4/19/2024). On March 25th of 2025, Robert Nguyen reached out regarding VOQ 11649914 regarding a tank failure. After review an discussion of data, it was identified that the initial scope for recall 24V286 was off by around 50 RVs. On 5/13/2025 Alliance RV (Bill Martin and Curtis Carlson) along with Mr. Nguyen, Mr. Harrison and Mr. Neff agreed to expand the scope to cover the failures seen outside of the original scope. At this point, on May 13th, 2025, recall 25V318 was submitted and established to ensure proper repair of the fresh tank recall outlined in the recall documents.
