Rear Kick Up Panel Fins May Detach

Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Presidential Realm vehicles. Engine vibration may cause the rear kick up panel fins to detach.

Risk / consequence

A fin that detaches while driving creates a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will reinforce the fins, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 24, 2025. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.

Chronology of events

1. May 1, 2025

   Foretravel Motorcoach was made aware of the Driver and Passenger vertical fins on rear kick panels were cracking due to engine vibration and no support panel on the vertical fins on driver and passenger rear kick panels. On or around May 01, 2025 after an inspection Foretravel found there to be no stress reliefs on the panel and vertical fins. With further discussion and inspection Foretravel decided to Recall the involved Model Year coaches 2024, 2025 and some early model 2026 models. For fatigue and stress on vertical fins of rear doors, the vertical fins could become dislodged from the doors and become projectiles and cause a Crash or Death. Foretravel will inspect and install the Center Stiffener horizontally across the grill area to add stability to the individual vertical fins. If fins are missing then the door assembly will have to be replaced. If this occurs, then for Factory paint match the vehicle will have to return to Factory for paint. Unpainted primed doors can be shipped and installed. Then painted at a later date at Factory for customer convenience. All of the repairs will be performed at a no charge to the customer. A Service Bulletin Remedy will be sent to all authorized Service Dealers for necessary remedy action.
