Ramp Door May Break During Use

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Risk / consequence

A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.

   11/24/2025 – Keystone RV alerted Lippert of a list of occurrences involving 3000 series hidden hinge doors.

2. Nov 24, 2025

   11/24/2025 – Investigation opened to determine scope and range of units affected.

3. Dec 2, 2025

   12/2/2025 – Lippert and Keystone meeting to discuss failures and review testing procedures moving forward. Testing of the 3000 series doors ongoing.

4. Jan 13, 2026

   1/13/2026 – Lippert’s range and scope of product reviewed and determined.

5. Jan 15, 2026

   1/15/2026 – Range and scope of product reviewed and determined.
