Chronology of events
- Jan 21, 2026
On January 21, 2026, a vehicle was returned to the factory because it appeared the wiring had shorted causing some melted wires in the unit. While reviewing the wiring of the unit it was noticed that the 10- gauge wire from the 7-way connector was wired to the battery side of the mini breaker instead of the protected side. On the same day it was determined that all vehicles built for this model could have incorrectly wired overcurrent protection.
On January 21-22, 2026, Forest River's Office of Corporate Compliance ("OCC”) worked with the manufacturing plant to determine vehicles affected.
- Jan 23, 2026
On January 23, 2026, Forest River's Corporate Recall Committee voted to recall.
